​Call Center Guidelines

• Please be prepared to take a call at the start of your shift 

• Use your resources for all calls

• Submit a task for all follow up calls 

• Post all calls in the Teams chat 

• When making outbound calls do not use the Apex campaign

• Use the call script and offer membership and additional services for all eligible customers

• Watch your after call time and ensure you are documenting as much as possible during the call.
